SENIOR Graduation Meeting with JOSTENS Reps: SEPT 10th
All Seniors-- On Thurs., Sept. 10th you will all meet in the Library immediately after HS Lunch for a VERY important meeting with our Jostens representatives about ordering official Graduation Cap and Gown Units, Announcements, Class of 2027 Regalia/Memorabilia, etc. All seniors must have a cap, gown, tassel, and stole of the correct fabric/style/color to participate in the Graduation ceremony. Ordering the Jostens Cap and Gown Unit will come with all you need for the ceremony in the correct fabrics/style/colors. Jostens will discuss all of this at your meeting on Sept 10th, and will give you a packet with catalogues, package information, order forms, information about how to order online, and their contact information in case you or your parent/guardian have questions about products or ordering. You will see many package deals with a package order form in the packet they give you, but you CAN order just the Cap and Gown Unit on the regular order form that will be included. You do NOT have to order a package to get what you need for graduation.
If a senior is away/absent on Sept 10th: No worries! We will have their packet for them in the office, and make sure they get it the next day they're at school. Otherwise, all seniors all need to attend this meeting.
Be sure to show your parent/guardian the Jostens packet the evening you get it! The sooner they have the info the better, and there may be deals the first week.
Our Jostens reps will return on Sept 16th during HS lunch (11:55am - 12:35 pm) to collect orders, help with sizing, answer questions (parents/guardians can come ask questions during this time as well). They'll be set up at a table across from the front office. To minimize confusion, the office does not collect Jostens orders from students/parents/guardians.
