May 27 - Senior Skip Day (To go, you must pay $10 deposit by 3 pm today to reserve your seat on the bus if you haven't already. See previous post, email, and text for details. Bus leaves LHS at 8:30 am tomorrow morning and should return around 9pm.)

May 28 - Seniors' Last Day of School AND Cap & Gown Unit Pickup! Seniors need to come to school on this day. They will get a check out sheet from whichever teacher they have first for the day. They will fill out the top section, fill their schedule into the table on the check-out sheet. During each class they have, they will turn in any books/supplies they borrowed, and have their teacher initial the sheet. Teachers can, but do not have to enter their final grade on the sheet. If anything isn't turned back in by the senior, teachers will put a comment on the sheet. Seniors must turn those items in or pay the fine, as well as any other fines/fees on their account before the graduation ceremony. They will have the librarian initial their sheet as well, so we know they have no library books checked out. The last step, before they leave school, will be to go to the checkout table across from the front office, to see Ms. Liz. Ms. Liz will make sure all teachers initialed and check for any fines/fees/lunch account balance owed to make a plan with the senior, then give them their cap and gown unit they ordered from Jostens or borrowed from the school. 

May 29 - Senior graduation practice at 1 pm in the LHS gym. LES Grad Walk (through the halls at LES) following practice (at about 2 pm). Bring your cap and gown unit but do not wear it to practice, put it on before going to LES for the grad walk.

May 31 - LHS Graduation Ceremony 1:00 pm, Senior Grad Night Party 9 pm to 2 am at LES
