A woodworking course designed to teach the proper use of hand tools and power machinery to construct individual or group projects from a plan or working drawing. Safety, blueprint reading, and skill development in using the equipment is emphasized. Such units as layout, shaping, turning, and wood finishing are included. A group project and an individual project will be required.
